I really love how it slows down and builds back into that really harmonious music, then picks back up with the melody. Also, the first time you sing paper and twine, when your holding out twine, it's absolutely beautiful how you arranged the pitches of your voices to just sit on top of each other. It sounds corny but that's the best way I can think to describe it!
